ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. with Mayor Irons, Council Member Davis and Council
Member McPherson present. Council Member Makowetski joined the meeting at 4:36 p.m.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS —The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session items.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT —Mayor Irons opened the meeting for public comment for
items on the agenda.
Glenn Silloway, Chair of Morro Bay Open Space Alliance ("MBOSA"), spoke regarding the Chevron
Estero Bay property, expressing concern the property is being negotiated in a phased approach, rather
than holistically. The priorities for MBOSA are trail access and limiting development around Panorama.
The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following items:

RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION —The City Council reconvened in Open Session, The Council did
not take any reportable action pursuant to the Brown Act.
ADJOURNMENT -The meeting adjourned at 6:16 P.M.
