ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Irons called the meeting to order at 4:32 p.m, with four members present.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS —The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session items.

Christine Johnson, Central Coast Aquarium, gave an update on the feasibility study and answered
questions from the Council.
