ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Headding called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. with all members present.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS —The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session items.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT —Mayor Headding opened public comment for items on the agenda.
Jack Smith, Morro Bay Skateboard Museum, provided background information for the Museum, which opened
six years ago and established non-profit status two years ago. They receive 40,000 — 50,000 visitors each year
and do not charge an admission fee. They accept donations and generate some revenue from clothing sales.
Eric Terhorst, Morro Bay Skateboard Museum Docent, estimated 100,000 are planning trips to Morro Bay just
to visit the Skateboard Museum.
The public comment period was closed. The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following
items:

RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION The City Council reconvened in Open Session, The Council did not take
any reportable action pursuant to the Brown Act.
ADJOURNMENT -The meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
