SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS —The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session items. CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT —Mayor Headding opened public comment for items on the agenda. Doug Redican, Rose's Landing, provided background information regarding his project and asked the City to amend language in the lease agreement to resolve parking issues. The Council did not take any reportable action in accordance with the Brown Act.
