ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Headding called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m. with all but Council Member Addis present.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT —Mayor Headding opened public comment far items on the agenda.
Jane Heath, representing William Martony for Item CS-2, stated that they are proposing to assume the subject
property lease on a short-term interim month -to -month basis; noted that they are also working City staff on a
new 25-year lease.
William Martony, spoke on Item CS-2, provided a brief history of the property.
The public comment period was closed.
The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the fallowing items:
