TELECONFERENCE AGENDA NO: A-3 MEETING DATE: March 22, 2022 City Council conducted this meeting in accordance with Assembly Bill 361 (2021-22) and Government Code section 54953 in response to the present State of Emergency in existence due to the threat of CO VID-19. This meeting was held via teleconference for all participants. S UMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS — The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session items. CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT — Mayor Headding opened public comment for items on the agenda. Chuck & Ananda Nettnin thanked the City for their assistance during renovations of the former aquarium and look forward to opening soon. The public comment period was closed. The Council did not take any reportable action in accordance with the Brown Act.
