SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION MEETING –
JANUARY 9, 2024, 3:00 P.M.

ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wixom called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. with all but Council Member Barton present. Council
Member Barton arrived at 3:04 p.m.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS – The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session items.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT – Mayor Wixom opened public comment for items on the agenda.
Craig Shaffer, Bayfront Marina, offered comments and suggested alternatives to resolve issues around
residential use in a portion of the water lease site.
The public comment period was closed.
The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following items:
