HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 66-16 approving Fire 16-17 MOUNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MORRO BAY, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council approves the TA for a Successor MOU between the City and
the MBFFA for the period of July 1, 2016 through, and including, June 30, 2017, a copy of which
is attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
Section 2. The City Council approves the successor MOU between the City and MBFFA
for the period of July 1, 2016 through, and including, June 30, 2017, a copy of which is attached
hereto as Exhibit 2.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Morro Bay, at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 23rd day of August 2016, by the following vote:
AYES: Irons, Headding, Johnson, Smukler
NOES: None
ABSENT: Makowetski
ABSTAIN: None
