Section 1. Amendment No. 2 to the MBPOA MOU 2016-17, attached hereto as Exhibit
"A", is hereby approved.
Section 2. Except as expressly provided in Amendment No. 2 to the MBPOA MOU
2016-17, all other provisions of the MBPOA MOU 2016-1.7 and First Amendment shall remain in
