ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER — A quorum was established and the meeting
was called to order with all members present.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS -The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session
items.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT -Mayor Irons opened the meeting for public comment
for items only on the agenda.
Stan Trapp spoke regarding economic challenges local businesses face and requested the
Council reduce rents to keep spaces occupied.
Susan McElhinney, Attorney for Mr. Trapp, requested the City amend the lease agreement to
bring clear language to be administered in the same manner it was in the past.
The public comment period was closed.
The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following items:

Council did not take any reportable action pursuant to the Brown act.
