ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER — A quorum was established and the meeting
was called to order at 3:32 p.m., with all members present.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS -The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session
items.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT -Mayor Irons opened the meeting for public comment
for items only on the agenda.
Susan McElhinney spoke on behalf of her client, Stan Trapp, explaining it is not possible to
retroactively change rental agreements with his tenants and requested the City Council amend
the lease to remove language requiring past gross sales reporting and continue as per past
practice.
Stan Trapp stated he had polled his tenants and they are unwilling to provide retroactive gross
sales reports.
The public comment period was closed.
The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following items:
