SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION MEETING —

ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER — A quorum was established and the meeting
was called to order at 3:30 p.m., with all members present.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS -The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session
items.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT -Mayor Irons opened the meeting for public comment
for items only on the agenda.
Susan McElhinney, Esq. speaking on behalf of her client, Stan Trapp, requested the City abide
by the manner it has administered the lease agreement in the past, and begin percent gross
reporting July 2018,
Cliff Branch confirmed correspondence he had previously provided to the Council was received,
discussed recent property improvements and proposed settlement terms.
Paul Parker Esq. speaking on behalf of his client, Cliff Branch, provided a memo listing other
items to be negotiated and requested the Council approve an amendment to the master lease
agreement.
The public comment period was closed.
The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following items:
