Mayor Irons established a quorum and called the meeting to order shortly after 6:30 p.m. with all
Council Members present.
WATER RECLAMATION FACILIITY ("WRF") PUBLIC FORUM

• Project Status and Next Steps
• Invited Regulatory Agency Presentations
• Question & Answer Period facilitated by League of Women Voters
Staff, along with WRF Program Manager, Eric Casares of Carrollo Engineering, and Harvey
Packard with the Regional Water Quality Control Board, presented a report outlining project

Attendees were invited to submit written questions, which were sorted and summarized, for a
Question &Answer period moderated by the League of Women Voters.
