ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:45 p.m. with all members present.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS —The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session items.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT —Mayor Irons opened the mee#ing for public comment for items on the
agenda.
Troy Leage, Harbor Hut, provided the Council with an update on the proposed project and offered to answer any
questions.
The Public Comment period was closed.
The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following items:

RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION —The City Council reconvened in Open Session. Mayor Irons reported out the
Council did not take any reportable action pursuant to the Brown Act.
