SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS —The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session items. CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT —Mayor Irons opened public comment for items on the agenda. Christine Johnson, Central Coast Aquarium, provided a status update on short-term plans for the lease site and feasibility study.
