ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Irons called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. with all members present.

Mayor Irons opened public comment for items on the agenda.

The Council took a brief recess at 4:32 p.m. The meetirig reconvened at 4:38 p.m. with all Council
Members present.
SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA ITEM:
I. OneWater Plan update and Provide Direction and Comments as Deemed
Appropriate

Public Works Director Livick and Eric Casares of Carollo Engineering presented the report and
responded to Council inquiries.
The Council expressed appreciation for the level of detail and thorough analysis contained in the
report. Mr. Livick announced staff will present the remainder of OneWater Plan to the Public Works
Advisory Board on October 17, 2018, then back to the City Council in November.

The meeting adjourned at 5:51 p.m.
