SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS —The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session items. CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT —None. The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following items: CS-1 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR —GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.8 Property: Outfall Facilities Previously Used by Dynegy, located adjacent to the easterly side of Morro Rock Negotiating Parties: Alla Weinstein, Castle Winds, LLC Agency Negotiators: Scott Collins, City Manager and Joseph Pannone, City Attorney Negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment CS-2 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR —GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.8 Property: Tri-W Property Property Negotiators: Marshall Ochylski Agency Negotiators: Scott Collins, City Manager; and Joseph Pannone, City Attorney Negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment CS-3 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR —GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.8 Property: 231 Atascadero Rd Property Negotiators: George Pellegrino Agency Negotiators: Scott Collins, City Manager; Scot Graham, Community Development Director; and Joseph Pannone, City Attorney Negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION —The City Council reconvened in Open Session.
