ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Irons called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m, with all members present.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS —The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session item.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT —Mayor Irons opened public comment for items on the agenda;
seeing none, the public comment period was closed.
The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following items:
CS-1 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL —ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) of Section ) U%JV.9: One matter.
RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION —The City Council reconvened in Open Session. The Council did not take
any reportable action pursuant to the Brown Act.
ADJOURNMENT -The meeting adjourned at 532 p.m.
