SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS —The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session items. CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT Christine Johnson, Central Coast Aquarium, gave an update on the feasibility study and answered questions from the Council.
