THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Morro Bay, California, as
follows:
Section 1. City Council of the City hereby adopts and approves this Resolution of Application, and
hereby requests LAFCO to take proceedings for the sphere of influence designation, as authorized and
in the manner provided by the Act.
Section 2.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Morro Bay at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 25th day of June 2019 on the following vote:
AYES: Headding, Addis, Davis, McPherson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Heller
