ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Headding called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m, with all members present.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS —The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session items.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT —Mayor Headding opened public comment for items on the agenda;
seeing none, the public comment period was closed.
The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following items:
CS-1 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR —GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.8

CS-2 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL —ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) %J Section 54956.9: One
Matter involving Betty Winholtz's claim of a Brown Act violation by the Council at the January 8, 2019,
Council meeting.
RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION The City Council reconvened in Open Session. The Council did not take
any reportable -action pursuant to the Brown Act.
ADJOURNMENT -The meeting adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
