SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS —The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session items. CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT —Mayor Headding opened public comment for items on the agenda; seeing none, the public comment period was closed. The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following items: CS-1 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL —ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: One Matter RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION —The City Council reconvened in Open Session at 3:40 p.m. to accept Public Comment regarding Item CS-2, George Leage, GAFCO, Inc., stated documents exist that make GAFCO exempt from Measure "D" requirements and offered to answer any questions the Council may have. The City Council moved to Closed Session at 3:43 p.m. CS-2 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL —ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: One Matter involving GAFCO, Inc., Lease Sites 110W-112W, 1205 Embarcadero RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION —The City Council reconvened in Open Session. City Attorney Neumeyer reported the Council took reportable action in Closed Session, authorizing litigation against the property owner at 320 Orcas Street to seek a receivership petition.
