SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION MEETING —

ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER — A quorum was established and the meeting
was called to order with all but Councilmember Makowetski present.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS -The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session
items.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT -Mayor Irons opened the meeting for public comment
for items only on the agenda.
George Leage spoke regarding the. lease terms for Great American Fish Company, Inc.,
requesting a 15-year lease extension for restroom and other first phase improvements. Phase 2
improvements and expansion are anticipated to start next summer.
The public comment period was closed.
The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following items:

RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION -The City Council reconvened in Open Session. City
Attorney reported that with regard to Closed Session Items, the Council discussed six items and
took the following reportable action pursuant to the Brown Act.
Public Employee Performance Evaluation -The Council has the authorization to modify the City
Manager's contract regarding Administrative Leave and has determined Administrative Leave
will be limited to 112 hours per year, not to be carried over year to year.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
