ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER — A quorum was established and the meeting
was called to order with all members present.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS -The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session
items.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT -Mayor Irons opened the meeting for public comment
for items only on the agenda.
Robert Davis, Morro Bay, shared his appreciation for the work Mr. Buckingham has done and
desire to work with him the next four years.
The public comment period was closed.
The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following items:
CS-1 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Title: City Manager
RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION -The City Council reconvened in Open Session
Council did not take any reportable action pursuant to the Brown act.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:22 p.m.
