SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION MEETING –
APRIL 14, 2015
CITY HALL CONFERENCE ROOM – 5:00 P.M.

ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
A quorum was established and the meeting was called to order at 5:00pm.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session items.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENTS - Mayor Irons opened the meeting for public comment for
items only on the agenda; seeing none, the public comment period was closed.
The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following items:
CS-1 GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.8 - CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY
NEGOTIATOR:
Property: Lease Site 65-66/65W-66W, Abba Imani, 571 Embarcadero

The City Council reconvened to Open Session.
Mayor Irons reported that with regards to the Closed Session Items, the Council did not take any
reportable action pursuant to the Brown Act.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:50pm.
