ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Irons called the meeting to order at 5:00pm.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session
items.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENTS - Mayor Irons opened the meeting for Public
Comments; seeing none, the public comment period was closed.
The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following item:
CS-1 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR (Pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.8)
Property: Lease Sites 138 & 139, 1253 and 1257 Embarcadero
Agency Negotiators: Edward Kreins, Interim City Manager and Eric Endersby, Harbor
Director
Negotiating Party: United States Coast Guard
Under Negotiations: Price and Terms of Payment
CITY COUNCIL CONVENED TO OPEN SESSION
The City Attorney reported that with regards to the Closed Session Item, the Council did not take
any reportable action pursuant to the Brown Act.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:30pm.
