SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION MEETING –
DECEMBER 18, 2014
CITY HALL CONFERENCE ROOM – 4:30 P.M.

ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Irons called the meeting to order at 4:40 p.m.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session items.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENTS - Mayor Irons opened the meeting for public comments for
items only on the agenda; seeing none, the public comment period was closed.
The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following items:
CS-1 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
• Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of
Section 54956.9.: 2 Matters
CS-2 GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.8 - CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY
NEGOTIATOR:
Property: Portions of APN No. 066-331-039 (Lila Keiser Park, Cal Poly Storage, Fisherman’
Gear Storage and nearby areas)
Agency Negotiators: David Buckingham, City Manager and Joseph W. Pannone,
City Attorney
Negotiating Party: Dynegy Morro Bay, LLC
Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment
The City Council reconvened to Open Session.
The City Attorney reported that with regards to the Closed Session Items, the Council directed staff to
pursue abatement through a receivership of the health and safety issues at 560 Errol Street.

The meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
