RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MORRO BAY, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY'S FISCAL YEAR 2019/2020 BUDGET
THE CITY COUNCIL
City of Morro Bay, California
WHEREAS, Fiscal Year 2019/2020 budget adjustments related to public safety power
shutdown were discussed and approved during the October 22, 2019 Council meeting; and
WHEREAS, Budget adjustments discussed during the October 22, 2019 Council meeting
assists the City in the preparation to maintain critical functions during a Public Safety Power Shut-
off; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Morro Bay, California,
1. The operating budgets of the City are amended by a budget adjustment not to
exceed $36,000 from general fund emergency reserves to a new capital project for Public Safety
Power Shut-off, as discussed at the October 22, 2019 Council Meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Morro Bay at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 22nd day of October 2019, by the following vote:
AYES: Headding, Addis,
NOES: None
