RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MORRO BAY, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY'S FISCAL YEAR 19/20 BUDGET
TO AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE ADJUSTMENTS RELATED TO THE CITY MANAGERS
CONTRACT AMENDMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL
City of Morro Bay, California
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code section 54957 the City Manager underwent an
annual performance review by the City Council in closed session on November 13, 2019; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Morro Bay,
California authorizes the General Fund operating budget of the City be amended by the additional
expenditures related to the City Manager's contract amendment, as shown on the attached Exhibit 1,
that was approved at the December 10, 2019 Council Meeting,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Morro Bay at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 10th day of December 2019, by the following vote:
