S TUDY SESSION.- JANUARY 24, 1984
CITY HALL CONFERENCE ROOM - 7:00 P.M.
Mayor Shelton called the meeting to order with the following members in
attendance:

Mayor Shelton announced that the purpose of this study session was to
receive information concerning the VRM Morro Beach Tract proposal.
Mr. Ray Gallo provided a presentation to the Council regarding this
proposed project, and answered quetions relating to his presentation
from Council. and the audience.
Mr. Montgomery provided information concerning the precise plan and
other more detailed aspects of the project.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:47 p.m. with no action being taken.
