SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION MEETING MAY 18, 2022 — 4:00 P.M.

MEETING DATE: June 14, 2022
City Council conducted this meeting in accordance with Assembly Bill 361 (2021-22) and Government Code
section 54953 in response to the present State of Emergency in existence due to the threat of COVID-19. This
meeting was held via teleconference for all participants.

ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Headding called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. with all members present.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS — The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session items.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT — Mayor Headding opened public comment for items on the agenda;
seeing none, the public comment period was closed.
The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following item:
CS-1 CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
City Designated Representative: Colin Tanner, Special Labor Counsel
Employee Organizations: Morro Bay Firefighters' Association and Service Employee's International
Union - SEIU Local 620
RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION — The City Council reconvened in Open Session. The Council did not take
any reportable action in accordance with the Brown Act.
ADJOURNMENT - The meeting adjourned at 4:16 p.m.
