SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION MEETING –
JANUARY 30, 2023 – 2:00 P.M.
TELECONFERENCE
City Council conducted this meeting in accordance with Assembly Bill 361 (2021-22) and Government Code
section 54953 in response to the present State of Emergency in existence due to the threat of COVID-19. This
meeting was held via teleconference for all participants.

ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wixom called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. with all Council Members present.
SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS – The Mayor read a summary of Closed Session items.
CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMENT – Mayor Wixom opened public comment for items on the agenda;
seeing none, the public comment period was closed.
The City Council moved to Closed Session and heard the following items:
CS-1 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
City Manager pursuant to Government Code section 54957.
CS-2 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE EMPLOYMENT
Interim City Manager pursuant to Government Code section 54957.
RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION – The City Council reconvened in Open Session. The Council did not take
any reportable action in accordance with the Brown Act.
ADJOURNMENT - The meeting adjourned at 3:09 p.m.
