1. ESTABLISH QUORUM AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wixom called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m., with all members present.
2. SUMMARY OF CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
Mayor Wixom opened public comment; seeing none, the public comment period
was closed.
3. THE COUNCIL WILL CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION TO HEAR THE
FOLLOWING ITEM(S):
3.a CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR -
GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.8
Property: Lease Site 137, Crill's Saltwater Taffy, 1247 Embarcadero
Road, Morro Bay
Property Negotiators: Horton and Savanah Williams

3.b PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

Conduct an employee evaluation of the City Manager pursuant to
Government Code section 54957
4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened in Open Session. The Council did not take any
reportable action in accordance with the Brown Act.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:19 p.m.
